Suggested Use:

Each full press of the pump provides approximately 20 mg of Micronized Natural Bio-identical Progesterone USP. Apply cream to clean dry skin (back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck, etc.). Rotate areas daily. Repeat monthly or as recommended by a health care professional. You are the only who can determine the correct amount that is needed for the results you are looking for.

Post Menopausal Skin: Apply 1 full pump press of cream for 21 consecutive days of the month. Add more days and/or cream as needed.

Premenopausal Skin: Startin gith the twelfth day after the menstrual flow begins, apply 1 full pump press of cream for 14 consecutive days. Use more cream if needed.

Men: Apply 1/2 pump daily.
